At TheTrainerClub, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase of premium pre-owned trainers. Review our clear and hassle-free returns guidelines below to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

14-day return window

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your trainers to initiate a return. To be eligible, footwear must remain strictly in the original condition as received, unworn outdoors, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Information

Return postage fees apply at the same rate as delivery - unless return is due to item being faulty or not as listed.

How to arrange your return

To initiate a return, reach out to our team at shannonstevens@thetrainerclub.com quoting your order number. We will provide you with our return dispatch instructions. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
